Cheap N Bougie Return Policy

At Cheap N Bougie, we take pride in offering affordable, curated, and unique pieces. Because of the nature of our inventory, please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

We only accept returns if:

• You received the wrong item

• You received the wrong size

• Your item arrived damaged

If any of these apply, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Approved returns must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Have original tags attached

• Be free of odors, makeup, pet hair, or damage

Once approved, store credit will be issued. We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.

The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Clearance items

• Sale or discounted items

• Accessories (headbands, jewelry, bags, keychains, etc.)

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part.

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

• Packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation
